INFORMATION ABOUT MEMBERSHIP
The Arts Society is an international arts education charity which brings people together through a shared curiosity for the arts. It has over 64,000 members in the UK and abroad. All members receive three Arts Society magazines a year.
Membership of The Arts Society Wrekin costs £60 per year which financially covers the Cosford lectures. Our other events and activities support charities and various volunteering opportunities.
Our activities include:
- a programme of ten free illustrated lectures per year
- days of special interest
- day visits to museums, galleries, private houses and places of historical interest
- opportunities to become a heritage volunteer working on local projects
- arts volunteering activities
In addition, you will become a member of the national organisation (The Arts Society) which gives you three magazines a year and access to activities within the West Midlands and further afield. Membership runs from September to August.

Visitors are very welcome to attend any of our meetings. No charge is made but a donation of £10 to our charitable activities is suggested.Visitors are also welcome to attend any day of special interest, tour or visit subject to availability - members will have priority.
